Refund policy
RETURN POLICY
An item may be returned for a full refund or exchange if it meets all of the following criteria:
- Item return initiated within 14 business days of receipt
- Item in original condition (unworn, unaltered, undamaged*)
- Item has all original tags or packaging attached
Items not eligible for return include:
- All items marked Final Sale
- Any items that have been engraved or personalized
- All sample sale purchases
- All special orders
All returns are processed within 3 - 7 business days upon receipt of product. Return shipping label is a flat fee of $8. Georgia Eve reserves the right to deny a return or refund.
*In the rare instance that your product arrives in less than perfect condition, of course you may send it back to us free of charge.
